I personally have problems with my vision and could not sort out how to install everything on to my IPad, operator error - nothing wrong with these products, and I had to shoot of a email asking for help, which came back in no time all the way across the pond, but dozy sod me still could not get it through my thick skull so I shot another email asking to ELI5, that did it, all sorted out now and running fine, I told you that it was operator error.
